When I was a little girl, I lived next door to an old graystone church with a steeple that towered into the sky. I remember standing in the shadows of the cobblestone courtyard, peering through the foggy glass windows. In the soft glow of the flickering candlelight, I watched brides in their exquisite gowns, lush flowers, elegant confections, top hats and tails, and the horses and carriages that accompanied them to the church. I’ll never forget listening to the bells toll, and the splendorous music that filled the courtyard as the bride and groom burst through the doors to a new beginning.

Wrapped in my mother’s lace curtains, and carrying a pink rose plucked from her garden, I spent countless hours playing bride and planning beautiful weddings. The dream of the ultimate wedding became engrained in me then, and just never left me.

Upon completion of my studies from the New York Institute of Photography, I managed a prestigious portrait studio, photographing bridal portraits, engagement pictures, children and babies. I loved working with the brides, helping them in their quest for the wedding of their dreams. It was then that I came to realize that by helping others make their wedding dreams come true, my dreams would be fulfilled as well.

It is truly an honor to be part of a couple’s most special day, and I feel so very privileged and blessed to have been part of so many. The journey between your “betrothal” and your wedding is truly an amazing one. It would be my pleasure to assist you in making your wedding day everything you have always wanted it to be.
